Event details
Date: Wednesday, 20 May 2026
Venue: Riverbank Pavilion, Royal Windsor Racecourse
Why do we support this event?
The ACS Pacesetters exists to raise standards across the private security sector, and the Security Officer of Distinction Awards represent its most important recognition of individual excellence. At the heart of the event are the awards themselves, presented to front-line security officers who have gone above and beyond in their duties, keeping property and individuals safe day in, day out.
“Security teams provide a vital role keeping property and individuals safe. This event is about recognising and rewarding those officers who have truly gone above and beyond.” James Shaw Assistant Director.
Twelve individual Security Officer of Distinction Awards will be presented on the day, alongside up to three Highly Commended Certificates. The successful officers are invited to attend the lunch as guests of the event.
Darwin Clayton provide insurance for the Security Industry
As a specialist insurance broker to the security industry, Darwin Clayton has long understood the vital role that front-line security personnel play. We are proud to support an event that shines a light on their dedication, and we look forward to celebrating their achievements at Royal Windsor Racecourse this May.
