Terms & Conditions for the Darwin Clayton Prize Draw

- The Promoter is Darwin Clayton (UK Ltd), part of the Jensten Group, and is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, reference 303990. Registered in England and Wales No. 2783474. Registered office: Darwin House, 20 Mount Ephraim Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN1 1ED.
- By entering the prize draw run by the Promoter, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Unless otherwise stated, the prize draw is open to everyone aged 18 years or over who is a resident of Great Britain, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or the Isle of Man, except employees of the Jensten Group and their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
- Entry is free, and no purchase is necessary.
- Only one entry will be accepted per person from badge registration.
- The closing date for entry will be 6pm on Thursday 30th April 2026.
- The promoter accepts no responsibility for any late entries received after the closing date for whatever reason.
- The winner will be chosen at random. The winner will be selected from all verified entries received by the promoter.
- The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner does not claim their prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
- The winner agrees to the use of their name on the Darwin Clayton website and a social media post.
- The prize draw run by the Promoter is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or any other social media company.
- We reserve the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions, without notice, in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or perceived breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. The promoter will notify entrants of any changes to the competition as soon as possible.
- The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The prize draw, and these terms and conditions, will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
