Ladies and gentlemen, as all our lives have been turned upside down over the last couple of months, during the time that we were meant to be celebrating our 100th anniversary on the 15th May this year, our thoughts instead turn to you our customers and how we can help support you through this very difficult time. As you know, we have been working effectively, remotely since the 18th of March. Our teams and personnel are in constant contact with one another, and with you our clients, to ensure that the high level of service you have come to expect from us, will continue uninterrupted.
I’m extremely proud of the way our colleagues have met this challenge head on. Working remotely has its challenges and they have risen to them quite magnificently. So, at a time of “thank you’s”, I would like to thank them for their hard work, and also to thank you, our loyal clients, for working with us… After 100 years, we are here to support your business wherever we can – through the good times and bad.
